Emotional Detoxification Mandala

In Vipassana Meditation, the focus of the meditation are the mandalas. Spend each time on different mandala to be able to absorb its radiant energy. Second focus is the breathing. Take 10 breathing from each nostrils and 10 from both. The breathing will keep you in mindfulness state.

Chi Red is a particularly tonic mandala that anchors the body but also opens up. This refocusing and rebalancing can bring consciousness into the body, and makes us more effective. Asian Chi corresponds to the elan vital for Westerners, or prana in the Indian tradition.

The electromagnetic spectrum is the distribution of electromagnetic radiation according to energy (or equivalently by virtue of the relations in the previous section, according to frequency or wavelength). Eenergy color in red is associated with infrared (of electromagnetic radiation) having a wavelength just greater than that of the red end of the visible light spectrum but less than that of microwaves. Infrared radiation has a wavelength from about 800 nanometer to 1 nanometer, and is emitted particularly by heated objects.

The red color is the color of our basic instinct (muladhara chakra), then, try to learn your intuitive thoughts in the frequency of infrared. Repeat the focus and absorption until you learn something about yourself. The next color is the Chi Orange (sexual chakra).
